By using this website or purchasing from The Grind Academy ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products.

1. What we offer

We sell fitness training programs, fat-loss programs, a community chat and an Elite Coaching membership, delivered digitally through Whop. Descriptions on this site are summaries; the checkout page shows the final price, billing terms and what is included.

2. Purchases and payments

• All purchases are made on Whop and are subject to Whop's terms as well as these terms.
• Prices are shown in USD or GBP as displayed at checkout. Taxes or currency conversion fees may apply.
• The Training, Bodybuilder and Burn Fat programs are priced as single payments unless the checkout page says otherwise.
• Elite Coaching is a yearly membership. It renews annually unless you cancel, as shown at checkout.

3. Your account and access

Access is personal to you. You must not share your login, resell, copy or distribute the programs or any other content. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

4. Community conduct

Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam, scams and illegal content are not allowed in the community chat, and we may remove content or members who break this rule.

5. Health and safety

Exercise and diet changes carry risk. Our content is general information, not medical advice. You are responsible for checking with a doctor before starting, and for training within your own limits. Please read our Health Disclaimer.

6. No guarantee of results

Results depend on many factors including effort, consistency, nutrition and starting point. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

7. Intellectual property

The programs, text, logo and other content are owned by The Grind Academy or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own training only.

8. Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or indirect damages arising from your use of the programs or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
